We designed this document to be readable. The section headings help you find the details, but the complete document applies.

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Menuvella's websites, QR menus, dashboards and related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you use Menuvella for a restaurant or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02

Early access service

Menuvella helps restaurants create, manage and publish mobile menus and QR experiences. The current Service is an early access product. Features may be incomplete, change or occasionally be unavailable as we test and improve the product.

Menuvella is not a point-of-sale system, food-safety authority or substitute for a restaurant's operational judgment. Restaurants remain responsible for the accuracy of menu information presented to guests.

03

Accounts and restaurant teams

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. Menuvella uses secure Google sign-in or time-limited email links instead of a reusable password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify Menuvella promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners control team invitations and roles. Owners are responsible for granting appropriate access, removing former team members and ensuring that users are authorized to manage the restaurant. Editors can maintain menu content, while owners and managers control restaurant-wide settings. We may refuse, suspend or remove accounts that use false identities, impersonate others or create security risks.

04

Restaurant content

You retain ownership of menu text, logos, photographs and other content you submit ("Restaurant Content"). You grant Menuvella a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, resize, translate, display and otherwise process Restaurant Content only as needed to operate, secure, demonstrate and improve the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish Restaurant Content. You are responsible for prices, availability, ingredient descriptions, allergen notices, dietary labels, translations, tax information and any claims displayed on your menu. Guests with allergies should be encouraged to confirm information directly with restaurant staff.

We may remove content that infringes rights, violates law, creates safety risks or breaches these Terms.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; publish deceptive or harmful material; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; access another restaurant's workspace without authorization; overload the Service; scrape it at unreasonable scale; or resell access without written permission.

You may not use Menuvella to misrepresent an affiliation with a restaurant or to collect guest information without an appropriate legal basis and disclosure.

06

Plans, payments and cancellation

The current early access version can be used without entering card details. Prices shown on the website are proposed launch pricing and are not a charge or payment commitment.

Before paid subscriptions begin, Menuvella will identify the legal seller, payment processor, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund policy at checkout. We will request fresh acceptance of any updated payment terms before charging an account. Menuvella does not currently process restaurant guest orders or hold money owed to restaurants.

07

Availability, changes and termination

We work to keep Menuvella reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, pause or discontinue features, especially during early access. Restaurants should use the account export tool to keep an independent copy of essential menu and business information.

You may stop using the Service at any time and can permanently delete your account from account settings. Deleting the only owner of a workspace deletes that workspace and its Restaurant Content. We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment after paid plans launch or a material violation of these Terms.

08

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the early access Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Menuvella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Because no paid subscription is active, Menuvella's aggregate liability during early access will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

09

General terms and contact

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for early access. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. We have not added mandatory arbitration to this early version.

Menuvella is still preparing its dedicated legal and support email. During early access, questions should be sent through the same Menuvella contact or onboarding channel through which access was provided. The legal operator's full name, direct contact information and updated commercial terms will be published before paid subscriptions begin.
